Deposit Requirements Up to and including three days rental-full payment due at booking. Four or more days rental-50% of stay due at booking. Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations & Changes Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted at no penalty if received prior to sixty days before arrival. Deposit, less any credit card charges, will be refunded. A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted in the duration of your stay.
High Season Policy 50% due at time of the booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if canceled in less than 30 days.
Holiday Policy 50% due at the time of the booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds if canceled in less than 60 days.
