Four or more days rental-50% of stay due at booking. Balance due upon

Cancellations & Changes
Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted at no penalty

prior to sixty
days before
arrival.
Deposit, less any credit card charges, will be refunded.
A full refund is
available if a
hurricane (as
defined by the
U.S. National
Weather Service)
is predicted in
the duration of
your stay.
Holiday

refunds if
