BABYSITTING

BBQ Grill
There are two propane BBQ grills
located on property – one in
front of the
tennis courts and another next
to the fitness center. Garbage
cans are
located next to the grill.
Please tidy the BBQ grill area
when you are
finished and dispose of litter
properly. Beach side grilling,
personal
charcoal and gas grills are not
allowed. In the event the
propane needs
to be replenished, contact the
office or call 926-0703 for
assistance.
BEACH
EQUIPMENT
All beach equipment (including
sand toys, floats, snorkeling
gear, and
diving equipment) should be
rinsed and removed from the
common areas
when not in use and certainly at
the end of the day. None of this
equipment may be stored under
stairwells. Draping towels,
bathing
suits, snorkel gear, etc, over
the balconies is unsightly and
NOT allowed.
Each unit has been supplied with
beach/pool towels, which are
blue.
They are to be used for the pool
and beach instead of bath towels
as they
designate you as a Coral Stone
Club guest.
BUSINESS CENTER
The Coral Stone Club does not
have a business center. However,
if your
needs are immediate and limited,
please check with the front desk
for
assistance. Alternatively, the
Ritz next door does have a
business center
and takes all major credit
cards.
CHAISE
LOUNGES
Lounge chairs are available for
Coral Stone Club guests and
owners only.
Please do not take them to
locations other than the beach
area of our
property. For environmental
reasons, it is prohibited to put
our chairs in
the sea. Guests may reserve a
lounge chair and/or a hut by
placing
their towel on it. However, if
the lounges or huts are not used
within a
half hour, then anyone may use
it by removing the towel.

CRIBS
The front office can provide
cribs upon request. This is
typically done
when making a reservation.
DIVE
EQUIPMENT
All dive equipment should be
rinsed in the tank adjacent to
the pump
house at the center of the
property. Rinsing, storing or
drying equipment
is not allowed any other place.
DOORS
All Coral Stone Club units are
equipped with hurricane doors
and
windows. Upon check-in, one of
our staff demonstrated how to
open/close the doors. The
following is a general
explanation of how to
use the doors.
To open the beach side sliding
door, place the handle in the
horizontal
position and firmly pull the
door toward you. When the door
is
completely parallel to the wall,
the door will slide easily.
To lock the front door from
either inside or out, lift the
handle while
turning the key or inside latch.
If you have any difficulty with
the doors dial 0 for the office
or 8 for an
outside line followed by
926-0703 to reach the property
manager.
It is recommended that doors
remain locked for privacy and
security.

CENTER
The Fitness Center is available
for Coral Stone Club guests and
owners
use only. Center hours are 7am
to 9pm Monday through Saturday
and
9am to 9pm on Sunday. No food
and no minors are allowed in the
gym.
Use of the fitness center and
the equipment is at your own
risk. The
Coral Stone Club will not be
held responsible for any injury
incurred
directly or indirectly from the
use or misuse of this equipment.
Please
note, at time of check-in you
will be asked to sign a release
form.

MOVIES/DVD’s
Many of the units have DVD’s in
them. Feel free to use, but
please
remember which condo they came
from and return them to where
they
belong, as they are private
property of the unit in which
they were found.

NEWSPAPER
Our local Newspaper, the Cayman
Compass and Cayman Net News, has
information on local happenings.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES
Across from the front office,
there is a small building with a
bathroom
facing the beach side.
PARKING
Parking is free. There are
enough spots provided for one
vehicle per unit.
POOL & HOT TUBS
The property has a large fresh
water pool and two hot tubs on
either
side. Hot tubs are for adults
only. Children under the age of
7 are
prohibited. This is strictly for
their safety. There is no
lifeguard on duty.
Games such as Marco Polo are not
allowed. Please read the signs
located
in the main pool area and keep
the noise level to a minimum
before
8:00am and after 9:00pm, as
other guests and children may be
sleeping.
Each unit has been supplied with
beach/pool towels, which are

and beach areas instead of bath
towels.
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
The Coral Stone Club would be
happy to host a private function
for you
and your party. We work with
many event planners,
photographers,
florists and catering facilities
on Grand Cayman. Additionally
the Ritz
Carlton, next door, has several
conference and meeting rooms,
which can
be booked directly with their
staff.
RESTAURANTS
The Coral Stone Club does not
have a restaurant on-site, but
is
conveniently located within
walking distance to over fifteen
restaurants,
as well as a quick taxi ride to
many more. For a list of
recommended
restaurants, refer to the
section under “More about Grand
Cayman.”
SAFES
Each unit is equipped with a
self-programmable safe, which
enables you
to create your own pass-code,
and is large enough to
accommodate a
laptop. Please follow the
instructions for creating your
own pass-code
and contact the management
office if you have any
questions.

SPAS

TENNIS
The property has a tennis court
located at the front of the
building. We
ask that you use the sign-up
sheets located next to the gate
entering the
court. It allows for one hour of
play, per unit maximum unless no
one
else has signed up. The office
has a limited amount of tennis
rackets
and balls. Borrowed racquets and
balls may be collected and
returned
during office hours only. Please
check the office for details and
be
courteous and responsible when
using our tennis court.
