Coral Stone Club is Telling It’s Story
In-flight entertainment on American Airlines & CNN Airport Network
GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands – December 31, 2008 – The Coral Stone Club, an exclusive 36-unit vacation rental property on world-famous Seven Mile Beach, is ringing in 2009 by extending its marketing and promotion in January to include the in-flight entertainment option on American Airlines and by airing on the CNN Airport Network.
“We have such a great story to tell,” comments Jann Medeiros, Chairman of the Board for the Coral Stone Club. “We literally took a challenging situation following Hurricane Ivan and turned the property, staff and everything connected with Coral Stone Club into an amazing community experience for our guests.”
She is referring to a $10 million upgrade, enhanced branding and marketing, a new property management system, new staff on-property and a general warmth and love of the property that has come from guests and owners following the devastation. As a result of these changes, the Coral Stone Club has been enjoying immense success and increases in room nights unparallelled by its neighbors. In 2008, room nights increased by 50%, mostly through an increase in low season guest stays encouraged by a sixth night free program, effective in 2009 April 19 to December 18. While 2009 will prove to be a challenge, advance bookings are looking healthy.
Rates at the Coral Stone Club begin at $695 per night and all unit rentals are three bedrooms, each with attached bath, resulting in extremely affordable per room-per-night rates for luxury beachfront accommodations. Units can have pre-stocked kitchens with a $50 surcharge. Coral Stone Club is ideally located near markets, shops, restaurants and three spas. An on-site fitness center, tennis facilities, two Jacuzzis and BBQ’s are also available for guests to use at their leisure.
