Amenities
There are two propane barbeque grills located on the property – one in front of the tennis courts and another next to the fitness center. Garbage cans are located next to the grill. Please tidy the barbeque grill area when you are finished and dispose of litter. Beachside grilling, personal charcoal and gas grills are not allowed. See our resort map.
Coral Stone Club Condos does not have a business center, however if your needs are immediate and limited, please check with the front desk for assistance. Alternatively, The Ritz-Carlton next door does have a business center and takes all major credit cards.
We have a beautiful zero-entry, saltwater infinity pool and two large hot tubs available for our guests. Please note that the hot tubs are for adults only, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Read the signs in the main pool area, keeping noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM, and adhere to the posted pool/hot tub hours.
The Front Office can provide cribs and highchairs upon request. This is typically done when making a reservation.
For those in need of a break, the Front Office is happy to assist in arranging babysitting services.
Each condo features a self-programmable safe located in the Primary Bedroom Closet. This allows you to set your passcode, and the safe is large enough to accommodate a laptop. Please follow the instructions for creating your own pass-code and contact the Front Office if you have any questions.
We have a tennis court located at the front of the building. We ask that you use the sign-up board located next to the gate entering the court. It allows for one hour of play, per condo maximum unless no one else has signed up. The office has a limited amount of tennis rackets and balls. Borrowed racquets and balls may be collected and returned during office hours only. Please check the office for details and be courteous and responsible when using our tennis court. We have two elevators for your convenience. One on either side of the property. You can find more information about their locations on our resort map.
At 1,800 square feet, we feature the newest Precor equipment with treadmills, elliptical machines, and exercise bikes. We have both free weights and circuit-style weight machines depending on your preference. Separate men’s and women’s restrooms are also on-site for your comfort. Learn more about our fitness center.

Beach
Yes, there are beach umbrellas and beach huts available for our guests. Beach umbrellas are up permanently to provide shade all day. To ensure an equitable beach experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving beach huts, sun loungers, or beach chairs with personal items when they are not actively in use. Please do not try to claim multiple beach chairs by leaving them unattended until you are ready to use them on the beach, especially during the early morning hours.
Yes, lounge chairs are available for our guests. Please do not take them to locations other than the beach area of our property. For environmental reasons, it is prohibited to put our chairs in the sea. Guests may reserve a lounge chair and/or a hut by placing their towel on it. However, if the lounges or huts are not used within a half hour, then anyone may use it by removing a towel. If towels or personal items are left on chairs that are not actively in use for an extended period, staff will remove those items so that other guests can enjoy them. Should that become necessary, you will find your towels and personal items in the Front Office. If you relocate your lounge chair, please make sure to return it within the designated area on Coral Stone Club property. We appreciate your understanding and ask that chairs remain out of the water.
Coral Stone Club does not offer beach toys, but guests can rent them through Tourin’ Tots.
Yes, every condo comes with complimentary beach towels for your convenience. Help us conserve the environment with a one-for-one swap for used towels. Leave them on the bathroom floor, and housekeeping will replace these with fresh ones throughout your stay. If fresh towels are needed ASAP, please visit the Front Office anytime. Kindly take your towels and personal items with you upon leaving the beach. We appreciate your cooperation and request that beach towels not be left outside overnight.
Check-in / Check-out
Late checkouts are subject to approval by management and are only available if the condo is not reserved back-to-back. If a late checkout cannot be accommodated, we offer luggage storage at the Front Office while you savor your final moments on the beach. Alternatively, guests are welcome to use the fitness center for a comfortable and air-conditioned space for changing.

Guests are required to have a credit card on file to cover any potential loss or damage to the property that may occur during their stay. Typically, this is the same card used at the time of booking.

Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check-in with a parent or official guardian.
Our check-in time is at 4 p.m., and check-out is scheduled for 11 a.m. To confirm your departure, kindly return the condo keys to the Front Office by 11 a.m. If the Front Office is closed during your departure, please leave the keys in the designated box outside the front door.
Fire & Emergencies
At Coral Stone Club, your safety is our top concern. To ensure your well-being, fire alarms have been installed in all condos. It is important to note that ‘tampering with these alarms or smoke detectors is not permitted.’ These alarms are positioned to enhance safety and should only be triggered in the event of a fire. If a fire alarm is activated, we kindly ask you to calmly proceed to the parking lot, making sure that everyone in your group is accounted for. The manager will be there to assist you and provide further guidance. During emergency situations, we kindly request that you avoid using the elevator. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure environment for all our guests.

Front Office
During the high season (December to April), Front Office operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with closure on Sundays. In the low season (April to December), the schedule adjusts to Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Front Office remains closed on Sundays throughout the low season.

General
All visitors over the age of 18 may bring with them:
Up to 1 liter of spirits (liquor); OR 4 liters of wine; OR 1 case of beer (not exceeding 8 liters). In addition to the alcohol, you may also bring tobacco as follows: Up to 200 cigarettes OR 250 grams of tobacco.
The choice to rent a car depends on your plans. Grand Cayman has a public bus system and taxis. Renting a car offers convenience and flexibility for exploring at your own pace. Consider your itinerary and preferences when deciding on transportation.
While citizens of the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and most EU countries do not require a travel visa, passport holders from many Asian, African, and Middle East countries will need a travel visa to pass through Customs. It is best to check the Cayman Islands’ government website about visa requirements.
Large taxi vans accommodating groups of 6 to 8 passengers are conveniently stationed outside the airport terminal, prepared to transport you to the Coral Stone Club. Fares are fixed based on the number of passengers and luggage. Keep in mind that Grand Cayman hotels and condos do not provide their own transportation. Alternatively, rental car agencies are situated at the airport, directly across the street from the terminal. When renting a car, you’ll receive a map and directions to Coral Stone from the rental office. The Coral Stone Club is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport.
It’s customary to leave a 10-15% tip for services in restaurants, taxis, and hotels, though many businesses will add an automatic gratuity to your bill.
Yes, water on Grand Cayman is safe to cook with and drink. The Cayman Water Authority regulates 2 water purification companies that supply fresh drinking water across the island through underground pipes to each property & condo. Visit waterauthority.ky for more information.
Grand Cayman offers a public mini-bus transport system that connects all districts. Buses are easily identifiable by a number in a colored circle. You can flag down a bus at any point, and there are bus stops along major routes. Fares range from CI$2 to CI$2.50 for short trips, CI$3.50 to East End, and CI$8 to Cayman Kai. If you’re heading to the end of the line, confirm with the driver about return buses, especially for late afternoon travel.
Grand Cayman does not currently have Uber or Lyft services. However, the island offers various transportation options, including taxis and car rentals, to meet your travel needs.

In the Cayman Islands, driving is on the LEFT side, a notable difference from the US. Well-maintained roads and clear maps and signage make navigating the island straightforward.
The Cayman Islands have their own currency. The US Dollar is also accepted virtually everywhere on the island and most businesses and tour operators accept all major credit cards. The exchange rate is fixed at US$1.00 = CI$0.80 or CI$1.00 = US$1.25 (note: change is always given in CI$).
Electricity is the same as the United States and Canada (110 volts, 60 Hz). There is no need for adaptors.

Housekeeping
Dishwashing is not included in our housekeeping service, should you require this service please contact the Front Office.
Please note that housekeeping does not do personal laundry. All of our condos have washer and dryers but if you require drycleaning services, please contact the front office for assistance.
If you misplace or find any items during your stay, please contact our Front Office. We will do our best to assist in locating or returning lost items to their rightful owners. Please check with the Front Office for any missing or misplaced items. Coral Stone Club cannot assume responsibility for any missing items left behind.
Our housekeeping team ensures a comfortable experience by providing the following services:

- Provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and Kleenex.
- Refill all soaps.
- Empty garbage.
- Sweep, mop & dust.
- Turn on lights in the bedrooms, living room & hallway.

While staying at Coral Stone Club, you will receive daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. during high season. Please note that housekeeping is not available on Sundays or statutory holidays, however each condo is full equipped with a washer and dryer.

Policies
As a guest of Coral Stone Club, you are permitted to have visitors between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Visitors may not stay overnight. If you would like to host visitors during your stay with us, please ensure that they stop by our Front Office upon arrival. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to use any facilities, including but not limited to the pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and recreational areas.
Coral Stone Club has a strict “no pet” policy. We appreciate your understanding.
No, we do not charge a resort fee. Rates are subject to a 13% government tax and a 7% gratuity charge.
While a deposit will not be collected, all guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in to cover any loss or damage of property that may occur in their rental condo during their stay.
Coral Stone Club is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking in all public areas, in your condo, or on your condo’s patios.
To make changes to your reservation, contact our reservations team by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-888-927-2322. Changes and cancellations to reservations are subject to fees.
Coral Stone Club generally has a 4-night minimum stay, except during the Christmas & New Year’s holiday period, when a 7-night minimum stay is required.
Yes, Coral Stone Club is wheelchair accessible. We have concrete paths that lead down to the pool area and elevators for top floor condos. Please inform us of any mobility or accessibility requirements when booking your reservation, and we will be happy to assist you.
If a guest discovers any damages or malfunctions in their condo, they must immediately report it to the front desk. Failure to report damages may result in the guest being held responsible for repairs or replacements. We reserve the right to assess and determine the extent of damages. The guest will be informed of the associated costs for repairs or replacements, and the charges will be applied to the guest’s credit card on file.
Upon check-in and check-out, our staff conducts a thorough inspection of each room. Any pre-existing damages will be noted, and guests are encouraged to report any discrepancies to the front desk within 60 minutes of entering the room.
General Cancellation Policy (Jan. 4 to Dec. 17, 2024):
If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the renter will be charged a $150 administration fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the full total will be charged as a penalty.
Holiday Cancellation Policy (Dec. 18, 2024, to Jan. 3, 2025):
If a reservation is cancelled more than 120 days prior to arrival, the renter will be charged a $150 administration fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 120 days of arrival, the full total will be charged as a penalty.
