HotelsCombined Award Starts 2017 On High Note

(West Bay, CAYMAN ISLANDS) – Coral Stone Club (CSC) has received its first award of 2017 with a Recognition of Excellence by HotelsCombined ranking the resort in the top three per cent of accommodations worldwide for customer satisfaction.

This Australian based hotel meta search company has started an extensive survey covering different types of accommodations. The survey is based on gathering data from millions of guest reviews, and translating them to an official Recognition of Excellence. The award recognizes and honors hotels that have achieved outstanding customer satisfaction.

“This is the first time we have been recognized by HotelsCombined and we are excited to receive the award,” said Valerie Tognazzo, General Manager of CSC. “It’s based on feedback from our past guests, which is very meaningful to us.”

HotelsCombined undertook the largest analysis of customer opinions online, across millions of points of data, allowing them to have a complete and comprehensive understanding of over one million hotels worldwide, taking their team of data experts months to finalize. HotelsCombined found and processed 177 opinions that CSC guests have posted on a variety of different websites, forums, and social media, resulting in an incredible score of 9.8/10 which puts CSC at the top three per cent of accommodation worldwide for customer satisfaction.

The HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence is not a ranking list, but a group of outstanding accommodations based on a strict set of criteria. For example, to be considered, properties must:

  • have a rating of 8 (or higher) out of 10 with a minimum of 75 customer reviews on the HotelsCombined site;
  • can not have any major customer service problems, nor recurring or unresolved issues; and,
  • must demonstrate a commitment to provide quick assistance to the HotelsCombined team.

The award follows five straight years of receiving TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence.
