Reservation Policies

Occupancy

A maximum of 6 persons are permitted in a 3 bedroom condo.
Adults, children and infants are counted towards the maximum occupancy.

Minimum Stays

Coral Stone Club has a 4-night minimum, with the exception of the Christmas & New Year’s holiday period, which has a 7-night minimum.

Rates

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
13% government tax and 7% gratuity added to all nightly rates.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
Holiday rates from December 18 to January 3 are non-commissionable.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit of 50% of the room total is due at time of booking.
January 4 – December 17: balance is due 60 days before check-in.
December 18 – January 3: balance is due 120 days before check-in.

Reservation Changes

Please note that changes are not permitted within 60 days of arrival or 120 days for holiday reservations.
This includes date changes, room changes and rate changes.

Cancellation Policy
January 4 to December 17

Cancellations, date changes and condo changes are accepted if received more than 60 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 5% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be forfeit.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
December 18 to January 3

Cancellations, date changes and condo changes are accepted if received more than 120 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 120 days prior to arrival, 5% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be forfeit.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.

Hurricane Policy
June to November

If a hurricane warning is issued for the Cayman Islands by the National Hurricane Center, with dates that overlap with your reservation, you may call or email to reschedule your stay, or you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your stay and you are forced to depart early, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
If your arrival is delayed due to a hurricane warning, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
The Hurricane Policy does not apply if you are scheduled to arrive after a Hurricane has passed.
The Hurricane Policy does not apply for Tropical Storm watches, alerts and warnings or Hurricane watches and alerts.
