Founded in 2008, Cayman Spirits Company is located in George Town on Grand Cayman. Famous for their delicious Caribbean-inspired liquor, Cayman Spirits Co. began as a small group of friends creating authentic, ocean-aged rum. The company set up the first-ever undersea rum maturation site, meaning that they would place casks of rum on the ocean floor to let it age underwater. The rum aged on the ocean floor is now called Seven Fathoms Premium Rum, and is one of their most popular sellers.
