Why Self-Catering Makes Sense on Seven Mile Beach

There’s a particular kind of freedom that comes with having your own kitchen on holiday. At Coral Stone Club on Seven Mile Beach, that freedom is part of the design. Guests can start the morning with coffee on their private balcony, pack a cooler for the beach, and decide dinner plans as the day unfolds, all without being tied to a reservation.

Inside the Gourmet Kitchens of Our Three-Bedroom Condos

Every condo at Coral Stone Club is a three-bedroom layout, and each one includes a fully equipped kitchen. Guests will find a full-size refrigerator, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, and the everyday tools needed to cook a proper meal. Having a real kitchen also means groceries can be stocked the day of arrival, so there is no rush to eat out on night one.

Shop Like a Local

Part of the fun of a vacation rental is shopping the way locals do. Stock up on everything you need just minutes down the road. Nearby grocery stores, including Cost.U.Less, Shopright at The Grove, Foster’s Camana Bay, and Kirk Market, offer fresh produce, locally caught seafood, everyday essentials, and everything you need for meals in your condo.

Grill by the Beach

For an easy evening at home, take advantage of our on-site BBQ areas. Two propane BBQ grills are available for guests to use, located near the tennis courts and beside the fitness centre. Pick up fresh seafood, local produce, and your favourite ingredients, then enjoy a casual outdoor meal with family and friends. Guests are kindly asked to please tidy the BBQ area and dispose of any litter after use.

Balancing Home Cooked Meals with Grand Cayman’s Best Restaurants

Self-catering doesn’t mean skipping Caymans food scene. Many guests cook breakfast and lunch at the condo, then save appetites for dinner out. October brings Cayman Restaurant Month, with local restaurants offering prix fixe menus, and Cayman Cocktail Week fills the same season with tastings around the island, giving guests plenty of reason to dress up and head out for the evening.

If self-catering steps from the sand sounds like your kind of holiday, our team at Coral Stone Club is happy to help plan the visit.
