Grand Cayman is serious about its culinary scene, so much so that restaurateurs and some of the island’s best restaurants host Cayman Restaurant Month each October.
We also have some very special and delicious restaurants where you can spend your time obtaining a true Cayman dining experience. Consistently ranked the #1 restaurant in Georgetown (as well as all of Grand Cayman) is the Brasserie, featuring American and Caribbean fusion delights. A world away taste-wise, but close on its heels, is Bombay Chopsticks in the East End. It not only serves top notch Chinese cuisine, but some fusion dishes which you have to try to believe. Then there’s Blue Cilantro on West Bay Rd; with Mediterranean and Italian specialities, you can always count on fresh seafood to be features in one of their mouth-watering creations. Looking for some artistically and elegantly prepared cocktails before dinner, or a modern flair on some exotic Caribbean dishes? Then Kaibo on the North side is definitely worth checking out.
